摘要
研究超声波预处理热水浸提飞龙掌血多糖的工艺条件。通过单因素试验分别考察提取温度、液料比、超声波作用时间和浸提时间对多糖得率的影响;以多糖得率为指标,采用正交试验得出最佳工艺。由方差分析,各因素的显著性依次是浸提温度>浸提时间>超声波作用时间>料液比,结果表明:2.0 g飞龙掌血粉末,以水为提取溶剂,液料比15∶1(mL∶g),首先在超声波功率250 W条件下超声波作用25 min,然后在55℃热水中浸提2 h,飞龙掌血多糖得率最高,达到2.18%,比传统热水浸提法提高了66.4%。
The ultrasonic pretreatment followed by hot water treatment was investigated to establish a method to extract polysaccha- ride from Toddalia asiatica. Effects of operation conditions on polysaccharide yield, such as ultrasonic power, extracting time, temperature and the ratio between material and water were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal test. The result showed that the optimal extraction technology of polysaccharides was the ratio between water and material 15:1 (mL: g), pre- treatment by 250 W ultrasound for 25 min, then was of the traditional water extraction at temperature 55 ~C for 2 h. The polysac- charide yield was 2.18 %. Compared with traditional water extraction, the polysaccharide yield was improved by 66.4 % under the uhrasonic-pretreated extraction.
