摘要
对臭椿树枝化学成分进行研究,从中分离得到11个化合物,依据理化性质及波谱数据分析,分别鉴定为:12β,20β-二羟基-达玛烷-23(24)-烯-3-酮(1),20β-羟基-达玛烷-23(24)-烯-3-酮(2),20S,25R-环氧-26-羟基-达玛烷-3-酮(3),匹西狄醇A(4),β-谷甾醇(5),铁屎米酮(6),20(R)-24β-羟基-20,25-环氧-达玛烷-3-酮(7),臭椿苦酮(8),2α-羟基臭椿苦酮(9),23R,24S-二羟基大戟烷-7,25-二烯-3-酮(10),20S,24S-二羟基大戟烷-25-烯-3-酮(11)。其中,化合物7,10,11为首次从该属植物中分离得到;臭椿树枝乙醇提取物的二氯甲烷萃取物和正丁醇萃取物对番茄霜霉病菌显示抑菌活性。
Eleven compounds have been isolated from the branches of Ailanthus altissima Swingle. On the basis of the physico- chemical properties and spectral data, they were determined as 12/3,20/3-dihydroxyldamar-23-en-3-ketone (1), 20/3-hydroxyl- damar-23-en-3-ketone ( 2 ) , oeotillone ( 3 ) , piscidinol A ( 4 ) , /3-sitosterin ( 5 ) , canthin-6-one ( 6 ) , 20R-24^-hydroxyl-20,25- epoxydamar-3-one ( 7 ), ailanthone ( 8 ), 2-dihydroailanthone ( 9 ), bourjotinolone B ( 10 ) and 20 ( S ), 24 ( S ) -dihydroxyeupha- 25-en-3-one (11) The compounds 7, 10 and 11 are isolated from this plant for the first time. The diehloromethane extracts and n-BuOH extracts from EtOH extracts of A. Altissima Swingle have shown certain antibacteria activities for Tomato frost cactorum.
