摘要
利用微波辅助萃取丝瓜籽油,采用单因素试验研究萃取溶剂石油醚与无水乙醇的混合比例、温度、时间、液料比对丝瓜籽油得率的影响,并在此基础上,通过Box-Behnken模型,设计4因素3水平响应面分析法,获得最佳工艺条件:石油醚与乙醇体积比2∶1、温度51℃、时间14 min、液料比10∶1(mL∶g),丝瓜籽油的得率为10.92%,与预测值基本一致。
The optimum extraction conditions of microwave technology were studied for the luffa seed oil. The effects of the pro- portion of petroleum ether and anhydrous alcohol, temperature, time and liquid to material ratio on extraction rate of the oil in luf- fa seed were studied by single-factor experiments. On the base of single-factor experiments and three-level four-factor box-be- hnken design, the optimal conditions of microwave-assisted extraction were concluded as follows: the volume ratio of petroleum ether to anhydrous alcohol 2: 1, temperature 51 C, time 14 min, liquid to material ratio 11 mL/g. In this condition, the actual luffa seed oil extraction rate was 10.92% which is almost equal to the predictable value.
