摘要 以阿里巴巴为代表的B2B国际电子商务网站在促进国际贸易发展方面不断创新,形成在规模、功能上强大的虚拟国际贸易平台。该平台能够有效支配线下实体资源,形成贸易设施线上集聚,线下分散的新格局,具有更大的资源集聚能力和发展空间。虚拟国际贸易平台在客户管理制度、平台整合能力及支配力方面具有一系列的创新,是未来电子商务发展的趋势之一,它存在向更高阶段升级的可能性。 The paper studies how the B2B international e-commerce websites represented by Alibaba, in their efforts to promote international trade, have managed to innovate and develop a virtual international trade platform which is extraordinarily great in function and scale. The platform can effectively control offline physical resources, forming a new pattern of trade facilities agglomerating online but scattering offline. Therefore, it boasts greater capacity for agglomeration and more space for development. This paper studies the innovation of virtual international trade platform in customer management system, platform integration and platform control power, and argues that the virtual platform for international trade is the future development trend of e-commerce and will be further upgraded.
