膀胱癌相关易感基因PSCA的研究现状 被引量：2

摘要 目前，膀胱癌在全球恶性肿瘤中已位居第9位，据最新的调查显示，美国膀胱癌2012年新发病例数为73510例，其中，已有14880例死于该病。其10年生存率为70％，而复发率则为50％～70％。在中国，膀胱癌是泌尿系统病死率最高的肿瘤，其早期诊断及复发进展监测仍以有创的膀胱镜和尿脱落细胞学为重要方法，术后易于复发及进展是导致其预后不佳的重要因素，一旦进展为浸润性膀胱癌，
