放化疗性口腔黏膜炎评估方法的研究进展 被引量：15

摘要 放疗和（或）化疗所致口腔黏膜炎（oralmucositis，0M）是指癌症患者口腔黏膜组织对化疗或者放疗的一种炎性反应，特指肿瘤放化疗所诱发的严重口腔黏膜损伤，包括标准剂量化疗、放疗和造血干细胞移植预处理等3种类型所导致的OM，这种炎性反应会导致口腔黏膜变薄、破损。OM的发生率高，影响着癌症患者的疾病治疗、身心健康及生活质量。Judith等提出护士经常对患者OM情况进行评估有利于尽早采取有效的干预措施，
