终端和移动互联网业务的快速发展,对运营商的网络产生巨大影响。运营商需要优化网络规划方法,实现网络对快速变化的终端和业务的有效承载。目前国内运营商对网络的规划方法仍采用传统的话务模型。本文通过具体分析终端对核心网关键网元造成的影响,尝试构建面向终端的核心网规划模型,提升网络规划的合理性。并以微信为案例,研究心跳类OTT业务对运营商网络造成的影响。

The booming of smart devices and mobile internet has a huge impact on Telco＇s network. Operators need to improve their network planning to adapt the network requirement, This article compares the different effect of smart phones and function phones on network, and formulates a terminal-oriented network planning model. In the second part, it analyzes the impact of OTT products with heartbeat mechanism on Telcos＇ network with the case of Wechat.
