应用二阶导数示波极谱法在盐酸-磺胺-8-羟基喹啉-氨水体系中测定血清中NO_2^-

摘要 目的:评价二阶导数示波极谱法测定人血清中NO-2含量的适用性。方法:采用磺胺和8-羟基喹啉为测定体系,使用二阶导数示波极谱仪测定血清中的NO-2含量。结果:该方法测得正常成人血清NO-2的浓度为(3.19±0.55)μmol/L,检出限为8.04×10-3μmol/L,线性范围为0.008~14.5μmol/L,精密度为95%,平均回收率为110.5%。结论:该方法安全、简单、易操作。 Objective: To evaluate the method of mensurating the content of NOi in human serum by secondary derivative oscillographic polarography. Methods: The content of NO2- in human serum was mensurated by secondary derivative oscillographic polarography in the system of Sulfanilamides and 8 - hydroxyquinoline. Results: The serum NO2- concentration of normal adults is ( 3.19 ±0.55) μmol/L, the sensitivity of the method is 8.04 × 10 -3 μmol/L, the linear range is 0. 008 - 14.5 μmol/L, the preci- sion is 95 %, and the analytical average recovery rate is 110.5 %. Conclusion: The method is safe, simple and easy to operate.
