摘要
以云南省勐海县、昌宁县和思茅区茶树品种园的7个茶树品种l芽4叶为试材,用氟离子选择电极法测定氟含量,弄清云南不同茶树品种氟的富集特征,为选育低富集氟犬叶茶树品种提供依据。结果表明,上述地区7个茶树品种中氟含量均值为62.07-113.50mg/kg,除思茅区外均以云抗10号氟平均含量最低。均值差异为最不显著。LSD多重比较表明,在地区内品种间和品种内地区间氟的含量均值差异均存在显著性差异,品种内尤以勐海县茶树品种中氟的含量均值差异为最不显著居多。因此,云抗10号可作为云南大叶种茶树对氟富集特征研究和大叶种茶树低氟选育王作的模式材料。
The fluoride content was determined by the Method of Fluoride-ion Specific Electrode in four leaves one bud of seven tea varieties collected from seven tea varieties garden of Menghai, Changning and Simao county in Yunnan province. In order to know fluoride accumula- tion characteristics of different tea varieties, it provides the scientific basis for selecting Dayezhong tea varieties with low fluoride accumula- tion. The results showed that the average content of fluoride of the varieties was 62.07 - 113.50 mg/kg in these areas. The average content of fluorlde of Yunkang 10 was lowest in seven tea varieties except for Simao, The LSD multiple comparison results showed that the average content of fluoride was signifieanfly different among the varieties in the same area and among the areas in the same variety. The average con- tent difference of fluoride was not high]y significant in the same tea variety of three areas, especially in seven tea varieties from the majority of Menghai county. Therefore, Yunkang 10 could be used to study fluoride accumulation of Dayezhong tea and breed as the low fluorine ma- terial in Yunnan.
