橡胶树人工授粉全同胞家系苗木生长量性状变异分析 被引量:2

摘要 通过对橡胶树3个全同胞家系927株1.5年生苗木的株高、茎围调查和变异分析,结果表明,3个性状在家系内变异系数为17.09%-29.92%,家系问平均值变异系数为2.60%-7.98%,其中家系问株高变异系数为17.72%-27.26%,茎围变异系数为16.B0%~26.70%。橡胶树3个全同胞家系中家系云研277-5×IAN873的株高和茎圈生长量均明显优于家系GT1X热研8-79和家系RRIC103X云研73-477(P〈O.01),家系GT1X热研8-79的株高生长量优于家系RRIC103X云研73477(P〈0.01),而家系GT1X热研8-79和家系RmC103×云研73-477的茎围生长量存在差异,但差异不显著(P〉0.05)。橡胶树这3个全同胞家系间和家系内单株问生长性状存在丰富的变异,为选择优良家系和选择速生优良单株提供了基础。 The plant height and stem diameter variation of 9'27 1.5-year-old individuals of Hevea brasiliensis full-sib families were observed. The results showed that the variance coefficient ranged from 17.09 % to 29.92 % within family and 2.60 % to 7.98 % among families, the variation coefficient of plant height was 17.72 % - 27.26 % and the variation coefficient of stem diameter was 16.80 % -26.70 % among family. Both the plant height and the stem diameter of full-sib family Yun-yan277-5 ~ IAN873 Were significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ) superior to fam- ily GT1 ~ Re-yanS-79 and family BRIC103 x Yun-yan73-477, the plant height of full-sib family GT1 x Re-yanS-79 were superior ( P 〈 0. 01) to family RRIC103 X Yun-yan73-477 and the stem diameter of full-sib family GT1 x Re-yanS-79 and RRIC103 x Yun-yan73-477 had difference, but not significant ( P 〉 0.05 ). The high variations of these plants provided a foundation for selecting families and fast-growing individuals.
