湿害胁迫下硒对油菜出苗率及叶绿素含量的影响 被引量:7

摘要 本试验模拟大田温害条件,采用漫种处理和5叶期叶面喷施处理,研究了亚硒酸钠对3个甘蓝型油菜杂交种的出苗率和叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:硒溶液漫种对油菜出苗率影响不显著,但品种和硒浓度之间存在显著(P〈0.05)的互作效应,二者互作有正效应也有负效应。5叶期喷施21—27μg/mL的硒溶液能极显著(P〈0.01)提高湿害胁迫下油菜幼苗的叶绿素含量;不同品种的油莱幼苗对湿害的反应不一样,其中品种09-3的叶绿素含量最高,生长最旺盛。生产上可参考采用浓度21-27μg/mL的硒溶液对遭受湿害胁迫的油菜幼苗进行叶面喷施处理,缓解湿害胁迫对油菜幼苗光合作用的影响,提高幼苗抗湿性。 In this trial, the field experiments were carried out by seed soal/ing and foliage spraying at 5-leaf stage, respectively. Three rape- seed hybrids (Brass/ca napus L. ) were used as experimental materials to study the effects of sodium selenite( Na2SeO3 )on their seedling e- mergence and chlorophyll content under simulation waterlogging stress. The results showed that the selenium solution had no significant effects on the seedling emergence rate, but the interaction between varieties and selenium concentrations had significant effects (P 〈 0.05 ), which were probably positive or negative. Spray selenium solution with concentrations of 21 - 27μg/mL could significantly ( P 〈 0.01 ) raise the chlorophyll content of young rapeseed plants at the 5-leaf stage. Responses of the three rapeseed varieties were different, of which the va- riety 09-3 exhibited the highest chlorophyll content and the most vigorous growth after spraying. So, it is suggested that the concentrations of 21 -27μg/mL selenium solution could be applied to rapeseed seedling to enhance its resistance to waterlogging stress in practical cultiva- tion.
