云南省马铃薯品种(系)块茎营养品质评价 被引量:15

摘要 对云南省84个马铃薯品种(系)块茎的单株产量、干物质、淀粉、还原糖、粗蛋白含量和7种矿质元素含量进行了分析,并对矿质营养和有机营养之间的相关性进行了初步探讨。结果表明,云南省84个马铃薯品种(系)单株产量为O.08—1.56kg;块茎干物质含量为15.96%-32.68%;淀粉含量为11.45%~29.64%;还原糖含量为0.01%-0.48%;粗蛋白含量为0.52%-1.92%;矿质元素含量范围Fe为25.43—276.63mg/kg、K为11.66~22.42g/kg、Mg为0.48—0.98g/kg、Mn为3.14—9.19mg/kg、Zn为12.63—34.53mg/kg、Cu为6.10—24.73mg/kg、Ca为0.10—1.01g/kg。各品种(系)单株产量受各元素影响大小顺序为Mn〉K〉Ca〉Zn〉Mg〉Cu〉Fe,与Fe、Ca、zlI、Cu、Mn含量成反比,与Mg、K含量成正比。块茎干物质含量受块茎K、Mn、Mg、cu含量的影响较大,与K、Mn、Cu含量成反比,与Mg含量成正比;块茎淀粉含量受Mn、K、Cu、Ca含量的影响较大,与Mn、Cu、Ca含t成反比,与K含量成正比;块茎还原糖含t主要受Mn、K、Mg、Ca的影响,与K、Ca含量成反比,与Mn、Mg合量成正比。块茎粗蛋白含量与本研究中曩i定的7种元素问不存在极显著的线性关系。结果还表明块茎的Fe与Ca,Mg与K、Mg与Zn、Mg与Mn,K与Ca、K与Zn,Zn与Mn之间存在着极显著的相关性。 The seson mineral elementa content, four quality parameters in tubers and per plant yield of 84 potato cultivars in Yunnan province were determined. Then, correlation analysis and regression analysis were employed to explore the relationship of tuber mineral element con- tent with tuber quality and per plant yield. Significant differences were found in these cultivars. The results showed that the per plant yield of these cultivars varied from 0.08 to 1.56 kg; dry matter contents ranged from 15.96 % to 32.68 % ; starch contents changed from 11.45 % to 29.64 % ; reduced sugar contents ranged from 0.01% to 0.48 % ; and rude protein contents nagged from O. 52 % to 1.92 %. The contents of Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Zn, Cu, Ca were 25.43 - 276.63 mg/kg, 11.66 - 22.42 8/kg, 0.48 - 0.98 8/kg, 3.14 - 9. 19 ms/kg, 12.63 - 34.53 mg/kg, 6.10 - 24.73 mg/kg, 0.10 - 1.01 8/kg, respectively. Meanwhile, the results demonstrated that per plant fields of these cultivars were ini]uenced by Ca, Mg, Mn, Zn, K, Cu, Fe(Mn〉 K 〉 Ca 〉 Zn 〉 Mg〉 Cu 〉Fe). Fe, Ca, Zn, Cu, Mn affected per plant yield in a negative way, while Mg and K was just the opposite. Dry matter content was mainly influenced by K, Mn, Mg, Cu and it was positively related with Mg content and was negatively related with K, Mn, Cu. Starch content was chiefly affected by Mn, K, Cu, Ca, and Mn, Cu, Ca had negative effects on tuber starch content, while K had positive effect. Tuber reduced sugar content was mostly affected by Mn, K, Mg, Ca. With the increasing of K and Ca content, tuber reduced sugar content would be lower, while Mn~ Mg had the opposite influence. By contrast, tuber rude protein content had no significant linear relation with the seven mineral elements. The results also indicated that significant conrevlations were found between Fe and Ca, Mg and K, Mn and Zn, Mg and Mn, K and Ca, K and Zn, Zn and Mn.
