蚕沙堆肥中纤维素降解菌群分离及产酶条件的研究 被引量:5

摘要 对蚕沙堆肥中可培养微生物菌群进行分离,结果发现50℃下蚕沙堆肥中可培养纤维素降解菌群中细菌为优势菌群、放线菌次之,真菌菌群相对最少,其中放线菌T-1菌株的CMCase与FPAase值最高。该菌诱导产CMCase比较敏感,但诱导产FPAase不敏感。T-1菌株诱导产CMCase的最适碳源、最适氮源、最适温度、最适pH值分别是微晶纤维素+蚕沙、蛋白胨+酵母膏、55℃、7.0;接种T-1菌株第8天后产CMCase最高。 The culturable microbial stains in silkworm faeces compost were isolated and analyzed. The results showed that among the cultur- able cellulese degrading stains in silkworm faeces compost at 50℃, bacterial stains were dominant followed by actinohacterial stains, and fungi strains were the least. The actinobacterial strain T-1 had the highest activity of both CMCase and FPAase. This strain was sensitive to induction of CMCase, but not to FPAase. For the production of CMCase by the strain T-l, the best carbon source was microcrine cellu- lose and silkworm faeces; the best nitrogen source was peptone and yeast extract; the optimum temperature was 55℃, optimum pH was 7.0. The highest yield of CMCase by strain T-1 was obtained on day 8 after inoculation.
