摘要
应用纯培养手段和基于16S rRNA基因序列的系统发育分析,对分离至杏鲍菇培养料中的可培养细菌多样性进行了研究。结果表明,获得的7株细菌可归为细菌域内的5个科(Thermaceae、Pseudonocardineae、Enterobacteriaceae、Paenibacillaceae和Bacillaceae)、7个属(Geobacillus、Bacillus、Brevibacillus、Enterobacter、Serratia、Thermus和Pseudomonas)。多数菌株属于Bacillus菌属(36.7%)和Thermus菌属(28.2%),它们是杏鲍菇菌袋培养料中的优势细菌类群,其中Geobacillus、Enterobacter和Serratia属的细菌在杏鲍菇培养料中很少有相关研究报道。因此,杏鲍菇培养料中存在丰富的细菌系统发育多样性,表明杏鲍菇培养料常压灭菌存在一定的潜在风险。
Phylogenetic diversity of bacteria from substrate of cultivation on Pleurems eryngllwas investigated by using culture-dependent method and phylogenetic analysis based on 16S rRNA gene sequences. The results showed that the seven isolates, which were isolated from the sample of substrate of cultivation, belonging to five different families ( Thermaceae, Pseudonocardlneae, E, Paenlbacll- laceae and Baclllaceae) of the domain bacteria and 7 different genera, namely Geobaclll, Baclllus, Brst^lIlus, Enterobac, Serratla, Thermus and Pseudomonas. The most abundant and diverse isolates were within the Baclllus (36.7 % ) and Thermus (28.2 % ), and Geobaclllus,E~ and Serratla were few bacteria in substrate of cultivation. So, there was abundant bacteria phylogenetic diversity of substrate of cultivation on Pleuroms eryngll. The result indicated that ateri]ization under atmospheric pressure to substrate of cultivation on Pus eryngllexisted in a certain risk.
