纳他霉素复配制剂在锦橙采后保鲜上的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过平板抑制试验及贮藏保鲜试验对纳他霉素及复配制剂抑杀柑橘采后常见真菌性病害及锦橙贮藏保鲜效果进行了比较分析。结果显示:0.02%纳他霉素+0.01%咪鲜胺可有效抑杀锦橙采后常见青霉、绿霉病害,该配方处理锦橙,通风库常温贮藏3个月,腐果率仅为3.1%,比常用化学保鲜剂低2.1%,而空白对照腐果率高达19.38%。 Natumycin and its mixed compound using Flat inhibition and Keeping-fresh tests were used to study fungous disease of postharvest citrus and storage of JinCheng. The result showed that:Penicillium, green mildew disease was controlled effectively by 0.02% Natamycin + 0.01% procldoraz, Jincheng' s retting rate was 3.1%, which were stored in ventilated storage and room temperature using the same agon- tia, and 2.1% lower than common chemical antistaling agent, and the blank' s retting rate was 19.38 %.
