引进育成高品质茧丝蚕品种蜀绣×渝春生产性能测定 被引量:3

Productive Performance of a New Silkworm Variety Shuxiu × Yuchun with Fine Silk Quality

摘要 对引进的高品质茧丝家蚕品种进行适应性筛选,育成适应四川地区使用的蚕品种蜀绣×渝春。经四川省家蚕品种实验室共同鉴定表明,该品种具有茧层厚,出丝率高,纤度细,纤度均方差小的显著特点。在春季其茧层率25.32%、解舒丝长1246 m、鲜毛茧出丝率19.93%、洁净97.34分,比对照种菁松×皓月分别提高2.36个百分点、26.11%、2.03个百分点、1.40分;茧丝纤度2.350 D,比对照种低17.17%。在秋季其茧层率25.28%、解舒丝长1105 m、鲜毛茧出丝率19.27%、洁净96.30分,比对照种夏芳×秋白分别提高3.62个百分点、24.44%、2.82个百分点、1.50分;茧丝纤度2.200D,比对照种低9.43%。该品种2012年通过四川省家蚕品种审定,适宜于长江中下游流域茧丝绸一体化经营蚕区春季和晚秋季饲养。 The silkworm variety Shuxiu x Yuchun with fine silk quality was newly introduced and screened on adaptation in Sichuan and Chongqing districts. The results of laboratory identification and ram1 productive tests in Sichuan Province showed that the new variety has higher cocoon shell quantity and raw silk rate, finer filament size and low mean square deviation. Compared with the control variety Jingsong x Haoyue in spring'laboratery test,the new varietyts cocoon shell rate, silk production from 10 000 larvae, filament length and length of non- broken filament d one cocoon, raw silk rate d fresh cocoon, and neatness were 2.36 %, 26.11%, 2.03 %, and 1.40 points respectively higher than that d Jingsong x Haeyue, and filament size decreased by 17.17 % than that of Jingsong x Haoyue. Compared with the control variety Xiafang x Qiuhai in autumn'hd^oratory test,the cocoon shell rate and silk production from 10 000 larvae, filament length and length of non-broken filament of one cocoon, raw silk rate of fresh cocoon, and neatness were 3. 62 %, 24.44 %, 2.82 % , and 1. S0 points respec- tively higher than that of Xiafang x Qinhai. Filament size decreased by 9.43 % individually compared with that of Xiafang x Qinbai. This variety has passed the evaluation by Sichuan Silkworm Variety Committee and is suitable for rearing in the Middle and Lower Reaches of Changiiang River.
