2012年阆中市部分民营企业职工健康状况分析

目的了解阆中市民营企业职工的健康状况,为进行针对性的健康干预提供依据。方法分析阆中市4 185名民营企业职工健康体检资料。结果在参加体检的4 185名职工中,4 169人(99.6%)存在至少一种健康问题,检出率由高到低位居前10位的依次为超重及肥胖、血脂异常、尿常规异常、血压升高、心电图异常、鼻中隔偏曲、胆囊疾病、肝功能异常、血小板减少、咽炎。男性中脂肪肝、肝功能异常检出率明显高于女性,差异有统计学意义。女性尿常规异常、超重及肥胖检出率高于男性,差异有统计学意义。结论阆中市民营企业职工健康状况不容乐观,加强对该群体的健康教育及干预有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the health condition of the workers in private enterprises in Langzhong. Methods Health examination data of 4 185 private enterprise workers were statistically analyzed. Results A total of 4 169 （99.6%） in the 4 185 examined workers presented at least one health problem. The top ten diseases in terms of detec- tion rate in descending order were： overweight and obesity, dyslipidemia, abnormal urine, hypertension, electrocardio- gram （ECG） abnormalities, deflection of nasal septum, gallbladder disease, unusual liver function, thrombocytopenia and pharyngitis. Detection rates of fatty liver and liver function abnormalities in males were both significandy higher than that in females. While detection rates of abnormal urine, overweight and obesity in females were both significandy high- er than that in males. Conclusion The health situation workers in private enterprise of Langzhong is not optimistic, and thus it is necessary to strengthen the community health education and intervention.
