三维正脊疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床疗效观察及护理

Efficacy and Nursing of Lumbar Disc Herniation Patients Treated With Three-dimensional Traction Method

目的探讨三维正脊疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LDH)患者的临床疗效及护理方法。方法回顾性分析2009-07/2011-12经三维正脊疗法治疗LDH的患者1 061例的临床疗效及护理方法。结果使用三维正脊仪治疗1 061例患者,临床治愈378例(35.63%),好转466例(43.92%),有效187例(17.62%),无效30例(2.83%),总有效率97.17%。其中治疗后有60例患者出现不同程度的不适:胸部挫伤19例(31.67%),胸胁肩部疼痛21例(35%),腰椎疼痛处加重20例(33.33%)。结论三维正脊疗法治疗LDH,其临床治愈率和有效率高,是一种安全、有效的非手术治疗方法;牵引前后精心的护理,可提高治疗效果,减少术后不适,降低疾病复发率。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of the three - dimensional traction on lumbar disc herniation （LDH） patients and nursing effect. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted with a sample of 1 061 LDH patients trea- ted with three- dimensional traction during July,2009 to Dec. ,2011. The clinical efficacy and nursing methods were both evaluated. Result of the 1 061 patients,378 cases were clinical cured（35.63% ） ,466 cases（43.92% ） improved, 187 cases（ 17.62% ） effective and 30 cases ineffective（2. 83% ）. Altogether 60 cases presented different degree of dis- comforts ： chest contusion in 19 cases （ 31.67 % ）, chest side shoulder pain in 21 cases （35 % ） and lumbar pain aggra- vated in 20 cases（33.33% ）. Conclusion Three - dimensional traction for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is a safe and effective non- surgical method;careful nursinig before and after traction can improve curative effect, reduce postoperative discomforts as well as disease recurrence rate.
