对公共卫生项目实施过程中存在的一些不足进行分析,提出建立有针对性解决问题的绩效考核评估体系设计与措施,有助于用好项目资金和促进公共卫生项目实施取得高效益。
Objective Based analyzing the shortages in the implementation of public health programs, pertinent designa tions of assessment systems and measures were put forward for facilitating the fund utilization and promoting the program benefits.
