摘要
对原子荧光法测定生活垃圾中的汞做了相关研究性实验,结果表明:实验室内对2个试样分别做6次平行测定,所得相对标准偏差分别为10.23%、4.97%;样品加标回收率分别为93.9%~112.0%、103.0%~117.5%;重复测定11次空白溶液,所得方法检出限为0.005μg/L。
The experimental research on using Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry to measure mercury of domestic waste was carried out. The results showed that the relative standard deviations of two waste samples were 10. 23% and 4. 97% respectively by continuous measurement of 6 times in laboratory, their recovery rate were 93.9%-112. 0% and 103.0%-117. 5% respectively, and the detection limit of the method was 0. 005 μg/L by repeat measurement of blank solution for 11 times.
