摘要
目的建立牛乳及牛乳制品中硫氰酸盐和高氯酸盐的测定方法。方法采用离子色谱法,Ion-Pac ASl6(250 mm×4 mm)分析柱,氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,梯度模式进行洗脱,电导检测器检测。结果牛乳中硫氰酸盐和高氯酸盐的检测限可达到0.050 mg.L-1和0.025 mg.L-1,且两者在0.5~50.0 mg.L-1内线性关系良好。结论该方法适用于牛乳及牛乳制品中硫氰酸盐和高氯酸盐的测定。
Objective To develope a method for determination of thiocyanide and perchlorate in the milk.Methods The milk was concentrated after extracted with acetonitrile and purified by solid-phase extraction and then determined on a hydrophobic anion-exchange column.The separation was performed with a KOH eluent in linear gradient.The detection was performed by a conductivity detection mode.Results The detection limits were 0.05 mg · L-1 for thiocyanide and 0.025 mg · L-1for perchlorate respectively.The calibration curves were linear from 0.5-50.0 mg · L-1 for thiocyanide and perchlorate.Conclusions This method is specific,sensitive,and suitable for determination of thiocyanide and perchlorate in the milk or its products.
