摘要
本试验比较了多种加热病毒灭活方法 ,包括巴斯德消毒法、干热灭活法等。发现 6 0℃ 144小时干热灭活病毒可能适合于纤维蛋白原的生产。
Tested and compared were many heat treated virus inactivation methods including pasterurization,dry heating virus inactivation et al.60℃ 144h dry heating was found to be suitable for preparation of fibrinogen probably.
