结核分枝杆菌分泌蛋白研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 结核分枝杆菌 (MTB)的分泌蛋白是目前发现对MTB感染保护性最好的一组蛋白 ,对结核病的预防和诊断具有重要意义。本文从其组成、生物学功能、免疫性及其在疫苗研制和MTB诊断中的潜在价值作一概述。
