摘要
终身教育发展是社会进步的反映。中国终身教育事业在新世纪呈现出十大发展趋势:在发展定位上逐渐走向高层次;在学习需求上逐渐走向实质化;在资源配置上逐步走向分散化;在组织方式上走向弹性化;在课程标准上趋向个性化;在发展目标上开始转向学会交往;在活动范围上走向国际化;在实施载体上趋向虚拟化;在实践主体上逐步走向集团化;在实现方式上转向制度化。这些趋势表明,我国终身教育发展正把我国带入学习型社会,而终身教育持续发展的动力则依赖于教育体制和机制的创新。
The development of lifelong education is the reflection of social development. Lifelong edu- cation in China shows ten big trends in the new century: the orientation turns to a higher level; the de- mands of learning transfer to substantive; the allocations of resource go to decentralization; the styles of organization tend to be flexible, the modules of curriculum orient to individuation; the developmental goals turn to learning to communicate; the activity scope goes to internationalization; the carriers of implementa- tion turn to be virtual; the subjects of practice go to grouping; the implementation style goes to institu- tionalization. These trends suggest that the development of lifelong education is to turn China into a learn- ing society, while driving the sustainable development is dependent on the innovation of education system and mechanism.
