开放教育小专业学习支持服务的实践探索——以电大“物流管理”专业为例

Exploration of the Practice of Learning Supports for the Students of Rare Majors in Open Learning——A Case Study of Management of Logistics Major in the RTVU Education

小专业在全国电大系统占有较高的比例,如何为小专业学习者提供有效的远程学习支持服务,一直是各级电大不断探索的课题。结合江苏电大的实践,以电大"物流管理"专业为例,对小专业的学情进行分析,提出从学习支持服务系统化,课程体系模块化、职业化,资源建设微型化、多元化,师资支持团队化,面授辅导远程化等方面对开放教育小专业开展学习支持服务。

Rare majors, the majors with less student cohort, take the higher proportion in the system of the RTVUs in China. Offering effective learning supports for the cohort of students remains the key is- sue in the research and practice of RTVUs. With the practice in Jiangsu RTVU as the background, the pa- per addresses the issue of the learning environment of the rare majors in the case study of the major ＂Man- agement of Logistics＂. It proposes the following strategies of the learning supports for the rare majors： systemization of the learning support~ modulation and professionalism of the courses~ miniature and diver- sity of the course resources~ teamwork of teaching staff and online tutoring.
