高职院校学生隐性逃课现象分析及防范对策

Analysis on the Recessive Truancy Phenomenon at the Vocational College and Countermeasures

随着我国高等职业教育的迅猛发展和生源扩招,加之高职院校管理现状,学生逃课现象愈演愈烈。根据高职学生基本特点,找出导致逃课现象严重的主客观两方面原因:一是基于社会环境、学校管理、教师教学与人际环境的客观原因,二是基于责任感缺失、控制力不足、兴趣度低效与习惯性未养成的主观原因。并以思想引导、有效管理和及时助困等三个维度为基点提出防止逃课现象的策略。

What has worsened the truancy and recessive truancy problem in current vocational colleges is the rapid development of China＇s vocational education, the increasing enrollment of college students, and present status of student management. The study analyzes the underlying reasons from the objective and subjective perspectives according to the basic features of the vocational college students. The objective reasons include social environment, college management, classroom teaching and interpersonal environ- ment; while the subjective reasons contain the lack of social responsibility, poor self-control, inefficiency in interest and habitual behavior. Strategies are proposed to prevent truancy phenomenon based on the fol- lowing three dimensions： ideological guidance, effective management and in-time help.
