益心舒胶囊治疗糖尿病心肌病心力衰竭的临床观察

Clinical Observation on of Yixinshu Capsule for Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure in Diabetic Cardiomyopathy

目的观察益心舒胶囊治疗糖尿病心肌病心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法将50例糖尿病心肌病心力衰竭患者随机分成益心舒组(26例)和对照组(24例)。对照组按常规治疗,益心舒组在对照组基础上加用益心舒胶囊1.2g,每日3次,疗程6个月。治疗前后测定两组相关指标,并进行比较。结果两组治疗后糖化血红蛋白、血脂、心功能均明显改善,心脏超声指标优于治疗前,且益心舒组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益心舒胶囊可改善糖尿病心肌病心力衰竭患者血糖、血脂水平及心功能,减轻临床症状,提高生活质量。

Objective To observe the Clinical Obser Vation on Yixinshu capsule for treatment of chronic heart failure （CHF） in diabetic cardiomyopathy. Methods Fifty cases were randomly divided into Yixinshu group （n=26） received Yixinshu capsule based of routine therapy for six months, and control group （n=24） received routine therapy for six months. Clinical parameters were measured before and after treatment. Results The glycosylated hemoglobin, lipids level and cardiac function were significantly im- proved in both groups after therapy. The improvements in Yixinshu group were more than that in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclu- sion Yixinshu capsule based on the routine therapy could improve heart function in diabetic cardiomyopathy patients with CHF.
