绵阳市老年冠心病与血浆同型半胱氨酸的相关性观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究绵阳市老年冠心病与血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)的相关性。方法对412例可疑冠心病的老年患者行冠脉造影,分为冠心病组和冠脉造影正常的对照组,冠心病组分为稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组和急性冠脉综合征(ACS)组。以Gensini积分评价冠状动脉病变程度,测定血浆Hcy、血糖、血清肌酐(Cr)、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血清叶酸、维生素B12和维生素B6水平。分析血浆Hcy与年龄、Gensini积分、血糖、Cr、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、血清叶酸、维生素B12和维生素B6水平的关系。结果血浆Hcy随年龄的增长而显著升高;与对照组相比,SAP组和ACS组Hcy水平均升高显著,且ACS组较SAP组升高明显(P<0.01),血浆Hcy随着Gensini积分的增加而升高(P<0.05);血浆Hcy致冠心病的优势比(OR)为2.324,其95%的可信限1.665~4.871。结论血浆Hcy是导致绵阳市老年冠心病的独立危险因素。
