老年高血压患者血尿酸水平对冠状动脉影响的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨老年高血压患者血尿酸(UA)水平对冠状动脉病变的影响。方法回顾性分析2012年5月—2012年10月在山西医科大学第一医院行冠脉造影的老年高血压患者239例,根据冠脉造影结果分为冠脉正常组(50例)、轻度狭窄组(42例)、冠脉病变组(147例)。并行血尿酸(UA)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血脂水平、肝功能、肾功能、体质量指数(BMI)测定。结果冠脉病变组收缩压(SBP)、UA、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均高于冠脉正常组、轻度狭窄组(P<0.05);冠脉病变组血尿酸水平在单支病变、双支病变、三支病变3组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,血尿酸是冠脉病变的独立危险因素;血尿酸水平与冠脉病变Gensini积分呈正相关(r=0.791,P<0.01)。结论血尿酸是老年高血压患者冠状动脉病变的独立危险因素,且与冠脉病变严重程度密切相关。
