超声诊断乳腺放射状瘢痕21例分析

The value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast radial scar

目的探讨超声在乳腺放射状瘢痕(radial scar,RS)诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析在我院接受乳腺肿物切除手术并经手术病理证实的21例RS患者的超声影像资料。结果 21例患者中,超声检出19例,2例未检出。19例中,局灶性增生5例,其中合并囊肿3例,考虑恶性病变11例,未确定2例。病灶直径0.5~7.0 cm。BI-RADS分级0~4 a级10例,4 b^5级11例。结论常规超声诊断RS缺乏特异性,但可以提高病变的检出率。

Objective To explore the clinical application value of Ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast radial scar. Methods Data of 21 patients with breast radial scar confirmed by operation and pathology were retrospectively analyzed,All these patients un- derwent Ultrasound. Results Among 21 patients ,2 cases were not detected, 19 were detected by ultrasound,in which 11 were diagnosed with breast cancer,6 were diagnosed with focal nodular hyperplasia and 2 were not diagnosed. Conclusions The diagnosis of conven- tional ultrasound in breast radial scar is lack of specificity, but can improve the detection rate of lesions.
