摘要
采用真空导入成型工艺,制备单向纤维腹板增强复合材料夹层板,并对不同设计参数的夹层板进行侧压试验,得到该类型夹层板的侧压破坏形态、侧压极限承载力以及相应的荷载应变曲线。基于板材的屈曲理论,预估了夹层板侧压受力状态下的极限承载力,理论计算值与试验结果值较吻合。
The fiber-reinforced composite sandwich plates with only one-way web are made here by vacuum infusion molding process(VIMP).and test species with different design parameters are experimentally studied by lateral compression test,then the failure mode,limit bearing capacity and load-strain curves of the sandwich plate are acquired in the test.Based on the theory of plate buckling,the ultimate bearing capacity of the sandwich plate under lateral compression are estimated.The theoretical analysis results are rather in agreement with the test results.
