农村水泥混凝土路面合理平面尺寸研究

摘要 针对农村水泥混凝土路面板块划分问题,采用三维有限元数值方法,分析了水泥混凝土路面板厚度和模量、基层厚度和模量、路面板平面尺寸对路面板自身热-荷载耦合应力的影响。研究表明:路面板厚度、基层模量及路面板平面尺寸是路面板自身热-荷载耦合应力的显著影响因素。推荐了农村水泥混凝土路面板的合理平面尺寸范围,结合试验路验证表明所推荐的路面板平面尺寸划分合理,为目前农村水泥混凝土路面结构的设计与施工提供了有益的参考。 According to the problem of the slab division of rural cement concrete pavement,3D finite element method is used to analyze the effects of the thickness and modulus of slab,the thickness and modulus of base and the plane size of slab on the thermal-load coupling stress of slab.The results show that the thickness of slab,modulus of base,and the plane size of slab are the significant influence factors of the thermal-load coupling stress of slab.On this basis,the plane size range of the slab of rural roads is recommended.Combining with the test road construction,it is verified that the recommended plane size of slab is reasonable,which could provide better references for the design and construction of rural cement concrete pavement at present.
