摘要 某水电站拱坝坝高250 m,坝体混凝土浇筑与坝基固结灌浆施工之间干扰大。为解决这一矛盾,在与坝基岩体相似的部位进行试验的基础上,坝基边坡坝段固结灌浆采用了一期无盖重、二期在坝内引管的有盖重固结灌浆相结合的两期固结灌浆工艺。通过灌后压水试验、注入量分析、波速测试等质量检查手段,验证了该方法的可行性和可靠性。 There is an intensive interference between the dam concrete placement and consolidation grouting in a hydropower station’s arch dam,whose height is 250 m.In order to solve this contradiction,based on the grouting tests on similar sites,the two-stage combined consolidation grouting technology is adopted,that is,the cover-less weight grouting in the first stage and the pipe-guiding grouting within the dam in the second stage.Through such the quality checking methods as water-pressure test,injection quantity analysis,wave speed test and so on,the feasibility and reliability of this technique are proved.
