浅滩富水砂层隧道超前加固技术试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 在富水砂层中进行隧道施工前,须采取加固措施确保土体具有良好的自立性、止水性。通过分析高压旋喷桩、改进后的高压旋喷桩两种超前加固的效果,确定了翔安隧道穿越富水砂层时的浆液压力、浆液流量及旋喷提升速度的取值,同时指出加固材料、工艺具有适应性,为类似超前加固工程提供借鉴。 The measures must be taken to reinforce the soil to assure that it has good self-standing and sealing property before the tunnel goes through water-enriched sand stratum in the construction.Through the analysis of the advanced reinforcement effects of high-pressure jet grouting pile and improved high-pressure jet grouting pile,the slurry pressure,slurry volume and rotary jet lifting speed of Xiang’an Tunnel crossing the water-enriched sand stratum are determined,at the same time,it is pointed out that the reinforcement material and process have the adaptability for the similar advanced reinforcement engineerings to refer.
