小鼠BrglshRNA慢病毒载体构建及其在骨髓间充质干细胞中的沉默效应 被引量:2

摘要 本研究拟构建慢病毒干扰载体高效下调BM—MSCs中Brgl蛋白水平,为进一步研究其在肝细胞分化中的功能奠定基础。
