摘要
目的探讨多形性日光疹(PLE)及其严重度与HLA-DQA1等位基因的相关性。方法应用聚合酶链反应-直接测序(PCR-SBT)的方法对110例PLE患者和170例健康对照进行HLA-DQA1等位基因的检测。结果共检测出15种HLA-DQA1等位基因,其中HLA-DQA1*0102等位基因与PLE呈正相关(P=0.0003,P c=0.0045)。轻型PLE组(Mild)中HLA-DQA1*0102(P c<10-5)的频率升高,而DQA1*0601(P c=0.0045)频率降低;在重型PLE组(Severe)中,HLA-DQA1*0505(P c=0.0255)的频率升高。结论 HLA-DQA1*0102可能是云南汉族PLE的易感基因或与实际的易感基因连锁;DQA1*0102可能为轻型PLE患者的促进因素,而DQA1*0601可能为其保护因素;DQA1*0505可能为重型PLE患者的促进因素。
Objective To explore the association of HLA-DQA1 alleles with polymorphic light eruption(PLE) in Han Nationality in Yunnan. Methods PCR-SBT method was used to examine the HLA- DQA1 allele in 110 PLE patients and 170 healthy controls in Han nationality in Yunnan. Results Compared with the control group, allele frequency of DQA1 * 0102 ( P = 0. 0003, Pc = 0. 0045 ) was significantly increased in PLE patients. The frequencies of HLA-DQA1 * 0102 in mild group ( Pc 〈 10^-5 ), DQA1 * 0505 in severe group ( Pc = 0. 0255 ) were increased, while the frequency of DQA1 * 0601 in mild group( Pc = 0.0045 ) was decreased. Conclusion DQA1 * 0102 may be the susceptibility genes or linkage disequilibrium with the real suscepti- ble gene of PLE of the Han nationality in Yunnan. DQA1 * 0102 may be a contributing factor in mild PLE patients and DQA1 * 0505 may be a contributing factor in severe PLE patients, while DQA1 * 0601 may be protective factors in mild PLE patients.
