儿童过敏性紫癜患者血清同型半胱氨酸与CD62E的检测及意义 被引量:5

The Detection of Serum Homocysteine and CD62E and their Clinical Significance in Children Patients with Henoch-Schonlein Purpura

摘要 目的检测儿童过敏性紫癜(HSP)患者血清中同型半胱氨酸(HCY)与CD62E的水平,探讨其与HSP发病机制的关系。方法检测40例儿童HSP患者(根据是否伴有肾脏损害分为A组和B组)与31例健康对照者(C组)外周血清HCY与CD62E水平,并进行统计学分析。HCY的检测采用循环酶法,CD62E的检测采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法。结果 A,B,C组外周血清HCY水平分别为(4.39±1.35),(3.58±1.23)和(3.43±1.37)μmol/L;CD62E的水平分别为(14.59±4.52),(12.34±3.48)和(10.37±3.16)ng/mL。HSP患者血清HCY与CD62E水平均较健康对照者为高,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),伴有肾脏损害的HSP患者与健康对照者相比,外周血清HCY与CD62E差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论儿童HSP患者血清中HCY和CD62E异常表达可能通过血管内皮的损伤参与了HSP的发生机制。 Objective To measure the level of homocysteine (HCY) and CD62E in serum of children patients with Henoeh-Sehonlein purpura (HSP) and to assess their roles in the pathogenesis of HSP. Methods Forty ehildren patients with HSP, including 22 patients with kidney damage( group A) and 18 patients without kidney damage ( group B), were reruited into this study together with 31 normal controls ( group C). The serum level of HCY was tested by cycle enzyme and CD62E by ELISA. Results The serum levels of HCY in group A,B, C were (4.39 ± 1.35 ), ( 3.58 ± 1.23 ) and (3.43± 1.37 ) μmol/L respectively, and CD62E in group A, B,C was (14.59 ±4.52) ,(12.34±3.48) and (10.37 ±3.16)ng/mL respectively. The serum level of HCY and CD62E in children patients with HSP were significantly higher than that of controls ( P 〈 0.05 ).Besides, the serum level of HCY and CD62E in HSP with renal damage were significantly higher than that in normal controls(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The increased serum level of HCY and CD62E in children patients with HSP might he correlated to the pathogenesis of HSP by vascular endothelinm injury.
