二氧化碳激光磨削联合308nm准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风疗效观察

Vitiligo Treated by CO_2 Laser Combined with 308nm Excimer Laser:Clinical Observation

目的观察二氧化碳激光磨削联合308nm准分子激光治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效和安全性。方法选择稳定期白癜风92例,每例患者选择两处相近或对称部位的皮损随机分组,实验组于二氧化碳激光磨削后再用308nm准分子激光治疗,对照组单用308nm准分子激光治疗,每个月观察1次,连续观察3个月。治疗结束后依据治疗前、后皮损的照片进行疗效评价,并记录不良反应。结果每组接受治疗的白斑共462片,实验结束时,治疗组总有效率为72.83%,对照组为53.26%,两组间总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论二氧化碳激光磨削联合308nm准分子激光治疗白癜风的疗效较单用308nm准分子激光疗效好。

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of CO2 laser combined with 308 nm excimer laser in the treatment of stable vitiligo. Methods Ninety-two patients with viti!igo were enrolled in this single-blind clinical trial. The patients were randomly divided into two groups：patients in the experimental group treated with 308 nm excimer laser after skin erasion with COz laser, and the control group treated with 308 nm excimer only. The treatment lasted for 3 months and the image of the skin lesions were taken before and after the treatment for later analysis. Results Ninety-two patients had completed the study and 462 skin lesions were treated. At the end Of the trial, the total response rate of the experimental group was higher than that of control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. No severe side effects were observed during the treatment. Conclusion Vitiligo treated by CO2 laser combined with 308 nm excimer laser is effective and safe for the treatment of vitiligo.
