摘要
患者男,36岁。双小腿、双足红斑、水疱、溃疡伴痛2个月。有明确的金属铬接触史,溃疡呈典型"鸟眼"状。诊断:皮肤铬溃疡。
A 36 -year-old male presented with 2-month history of erythema, blister, ulcer on the both feet. He has the history of contacting chrome for a long lime. The diagnosis was made as occupational （chrome） ulcer.
