木兰科14种植物叶片中油细胞的比较研究 被引量:12

摘要 利用组织透明法、石蜡切片法对木兰科 5属 1 4种植物叶片中油细胞进行比较研究 ,结果表明 :油细胞都呈圆形或椭圆形 ,直径 30~ 50 μm。从透明叶片观察 ,大多数植物叶片油细胞分布于脉间区 ,少数种的少数油细胞分布在脉上 ,其中 5种植物的部分油细胞与叶脉末端相接触。从叶横切面观察 ,其中 8种植物的油细胞散布于整个叶肉中 ,3种植物的油细胞分布于栅栏组织及栅栏组织和海绵组织交接处 ,另 3种植物的油细胞仅分布在栅栏组织和海绵组织交接处及海绵组织中。此外 ,5种植物的个别油细胞紧邻上表皮或下表皮 ,还发现 4种植物叶中有油细胞形成的溶生腔。以上的一些特征具有分类学的意义。 The distribution of oil cells in the leaves of1 4species of Magnoliaceae was studied with tissue clearing and paraffin sectioning.The results are as follows:oil cells are round or elliptical in shape,their diameters are from30 μm to50 μm.From leaves cleared,oil cells are distributed in areole in most species and on the vein in some species.The oil cells in 5species are in contact with veinlet termini.From the cross sections of leaves,there are three types of distribution of oil cells.First,oil cells are dispersed in the whole mesophyll in 8species.Second,oil cells consist in palisade tissues between palisade tissue and spongy tissue in3species.Third,oil cells are distributed in spongy tissues,between palisade tissue and spongy tissue in other3species.Furthermore,some oil cells in the leaves of4species are in contact with epidermis.The lysigenous cavities from oil cells are found in the leaves of4species.
