HIV相关性瘙痒性丘疹1例

摘要 1 临床材料 患者男，45岁。全身丘疹和结节伴瘙痒1年，加重3个月。1年前，无明显诱因患者全身出现出现绿豆大红色丘疹和黄豆大肤色结节，无糜烂、渗出和水疱等，瘙痒剧烈，多家医院以“痒疹”和“湿疹”等治疗（具体不祥），效果欠佳。
