摘要
钙调蛋白拮抗剂 CPZ( Chlorpromazine,氯丙嗪 ,简称 CPZ)抑制小麦幼苗对外源硝态氮的吸收及其向有机氮的转化 ,对根器官的影响明显大于叶片 ,这与 CPZ处理后不同器官中 NR、GS活性受影响的程度相一致 ;根和茎叶干物质累积量下降。但 CPZ处理后小麦幼苗不同器官中全钙含量增加 ,说明作为植物第二信使系统的钙调蛋白受拮抗后直接影响植物的氮同化过程。
The resultsofthe experimentwhich the differentconcentrationsofcalmodulin antagonist—— CPZ were supplied to1 /2 Hoagland cultural solution showed that CPZ inhibited the uptake of nitrate and its transformation into organic nitrogen in wheat seedlings,and the root was more sensitive to CPZ than the leaf.This coincided with the variations of nitrate reductase and glutamine synthetase activities in the same organ in wheatseedlings under the treatmentof CPZ.Finally,CPZ resulted in the decrease of dry weight of root and upground parts of wheat seedlings.CPZ caused the increase of total calcium content in wheat seedlings.The results indicated thatcalmodulin,as a memberofthe second messengersystem,probably plays an important role in regulation of nitrogen assimilation in plants.
