摘要
睾酮缺乏和糖尿病之间的联系日益受到医学界的关注。业已证实,睾酮水平降低与2型糖尿病的发生发展密切关联。睾酮下降可以影响性激素结合蛋白,并导致内脏脂肪的增多和胰岛素敏感性的降低。而睾酮补充疗法可显著改善2型糖尿病患者的胰岛素抵抗和血糖控制。
