摘要 为研究涡流检测探头各参数对检测性能的影响,以点式涡流探头为例,探索以最少的试验次数,获得尽量多的有用信息的涡流探头实验设计方法。试验选取了影响探头性能的主要因素———频率、线圈匝数、磁芯直径、线圈外径,以多指标正交实验为基础,通过试验数据的综合水平分析,找出各因素主次及最优参数水平组合。优化设计结果证实:影响涡流检测质量的主要因素是检测频率,综合性能最高的配置是检测频率20 kHz、匝数20匝、磁芯直径2 mm、外径4 mm;优化参数配置方案具有可行性和有效性。 The point form eddy current probe is taken as an example, the paper explores method about eddy current probe experiment design that can obtain the useful information as much as possible by means of the least number of experimental testing. Multi-target orthogonal experiment method is adopted to analyze main configuration parameters that affect sensor performance including frequency, number of coil, diameter of magnetic core and outside of coil. The important order that various factors affect on the measurement results is determined according to analysis of exper/mental data, and the optimal parameters configuration is found out. The best parameters combination are frequency of 20 kHz, the number of turns 20 turns, diameter of magnetic cores 2 mm, diameter of coil 4 ram. And the parameters configuration optimization scheme is feasible and effective.
