摘要
在熔炼AZ61铸锭过程中以中间合金的形式加入Y-X,采用OM、SEM和EDS等分析合金微观组织,研究了0%~8%(质量分数)范围内不同含量的Y.X对合金显微组织、力学性能的影响。结果表明:适量Y-x中间合金处理后的合金具有细小均匀的铸态组织,晶粒尺寸维持在30μm左右。Y-X含量从0%变化到8%过程中,合金室温强度在Y-X为6%以下时增加,在6.0~8.0%范围内降低,而材料的高温强度则一直呈现升高趋势。
Microstructure of AZ61 magnesium alloy is studied with OM, SEM and EDS, the effects of rare earth Y-X interalloy on microscopic structure and mechanical properties of the alloy are studied when Y-X is added into melt with the range of 0%-8.0% (mass fraction, similarly hereinafter). The results indicate that proper rare earth Y-X interalloy has the strong refinement on cast microstructure, the grain size maintains 30 micron or so. When Y-X content changes from 0% to 8%, room temperature tensile strength of the alloy is increased below the range of 6.0% and decreased in the range of 6.0% to 8.0%, while its high temperature strength is improved in the range of 0% to 8% always.
