摘要 应用LSPSF流变铸造工艺,制备了A356铝合金半固态浆料。应用基于连续切片技术的三维重构方法,对流变铸造A356铝合金微观组织进行了三维重构,获得了A356铝合金微观组织的三维空间结构及其分布状况。定义了三个定量表征的参量,从三维的角度描述了初生固相的数量、大小和平均等效直径。得出流变铸造A356铝合金微观组织的固相分数f V=74%,形状因子F=0.51,平均当量直径=91.45μm。 Using LSPSF rheocasting process, the preparation of semi-solid slurry of A356 alloy were studied. Through the application of 3D reconstruction based on serial sectioning technique, three-dimensional reconstruction of A356 aluminum alloy microstructure on the rheocasting were introduced. A356 aluminum microscopic three-dimensional structure of the microstructure and its distribution was gotten. Three quantitative characterization parameters from the angle of the three-dimensional description of the nascent solid phase number, size, and the average equivalent diameter is defmed. The rheocasting A356 alloy process of solid fractionfv =74%, shape factor F=0.51, average equivalent diameter D=91.45 μm is gotten.
