摘要
对不同耐火材料的TiAl合金陶瓷型壳铸件表层显微组织在扫描电镜下进行了研究。结果发现,由于TiAl合金液与CaO、锆英粉等陶瓷型壳发生剧烈的界面反应,形成反应层;同时也发现在电磁场力的作用下,界面反应较弱的Y2O3陶瓷型壳,有陶瓷熔融物进入试样表层,均会削弱铸件表面强度。
The surface microstructure of TiAl alloy poured in different refractory material ceramic molds were studied by SEM. The results indicated that ,due to strong interface interaction when TiAI alloy melt is poured in CaO and ZrSiO4 ceramic mold, the formation of surface reaction layer apparently appears, and when TiAl alloy melt is poured in Y2O3 ceramic mold. Under electromagnetic field, only reaction products migrate into casting surface, which can weaken the casting surface strength.
