摘要
通过使用动态显示非线性有限元软件eta/Dynaform对汽车前地板纵梁拉深成形进行了数值模拟。通过对拉深筋位置和截面形状等变量的调整,消除了起皱和未充分拉伸现象。利用Dynaform新增的隐式算法进行了回弹过程有限元模拟,通过增加侧整形工序来减少回弹量。这些能为实际生产提供可参考的工艺参数和较合理的工序安排。
The drawing process of the longitudinal beam of an automobile front floor was numerically simulated by using the dynamic explicit nonlinear finite element soft-ware eta/Dynaform. Through the adjustment of drawbead location and section form etc., the wrinkling and insufficient stretching phenomenon wasFFF eliminated. The springback process was simulated by the new implicit algorithm of Dynaform. The springback was reduced by increasing side shaping process. These can provide some reference to process parameters and more reasonable process arrangement for actual production.
