基于Matlab的滚切剪机构参数优化设计

摘要 采用Matlab优化工具箱中的最小二乘法算法,以纯滚切为目标函数,选取滚切剪机构中杆长为决策参数,实现了滚切剪运动轨迹的纯滚动优化。提出了两种优化方案,即以上剪刃杆长和以导向杆杆长及位置为决策参数。结果表明:两种优化方案的参数与纯滚动的要求一致。这能为滚切剪设计提供理论依据。 Adopting the algorithm of least square method in Matlab optimization toolbox, taking pure rolling as a target function, choosing rod length of rolling shear mechanism as decision parameters, the pure rolling motion trajectory of rolling shear was optimized. Two optimization schemes were proposed, that is to say, setting uppter shear blade rod length and guide rod length and location as decision parameters. The result s show that the parameters of two optimization schemes are consistent with the requirements of the pure rolling, which can provide a theoretical basis for the design of rolling shear.
