摘要
通过对温控器弹簧片的综合工艺分析,确定了弹簧片冲压设计方案。模具设计采用了浮顶器,解决了弯曲工序后条料送进障碍,从而提高了生产效率以及制件的质量。
Through comprehensive process analysis of thermostat spring lamination, its stamping design scheme was determined. The floating roof device was used in the die design, and this solved an obstacle during delivering the strip after bending procedure, thereby production efficiency and quality of workpieces were improved.
